Rick Rosenjack joined CPI Aero’s Board as a Director in 2023. Rick’s leadership experience in the aerospace industry spans across publicly-traded, privately-owned, and private equity-backed businesses. He currently serves as President and CEO and Board Director of NWI Aerostructures since 2017. Rick started his aerospace career with Textron Aerostructures in 1985, and in the earlier part of his career, led functional teams and business processes across multiple disciplines including operations, supply chain, sales and marketing and program management. Since rising to executive management, he twice led multi-site, international businesses of more than $1 billion in annual revenue with Triumph Group and Bell Helicopter Textron. Rick earned a B.S. degree from Bethel University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He has completed advanced management programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
