CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced
that it will issue its financial results for the first quarter ended
March 31, 2014 on Thursday, May 8, 2014 prior to the opening of the
stock market.
CPI Aero’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Douglas McCrosson and
Chief Financial Officer, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call
at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent
corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question
and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by
